Spicy banana and sultana loaf, to be precise. Slightly adapted from a recipe in the Somerfield Magazine (not hip, I grant you. But free. And therefore far better than your Olive, Delicious et al. £3.20? Pah.).
Erm, free-er. And to an extent better in terms of simpler - no woffle, no namechecking of celeb chefs, no pretentious ingredients, just a recipe and a pic.
I should say I was a subscriber to Olive for a couple of years, and loved the recipes. But I ended up skipping over to Eve for a bit of variety - there's only so many fantastic new gastropubs you can read about, and a girl's got to look at aspirational handbags at some point...
