A busy week

On Tuesday, I made some rash and wild predictions about how I would get to the allotment this week. Sadly, that just hasn't happened yet. But all is not lost. While procrastinating, I've found these eclectic yet edifying links:

• How to make a chunky snood (my next knitting project, I think, once the baby blanket is finished - only another six rows to go!).
• The Ride journal - beautifully illustrated articles about cycling. Not sure about the content, but the visuals are amazing.
• How to make a cake in a cup (this could come in very handy).
• A gallery of spoilt hens (we're deliberating over whether to have hens on the allotment - and this might have persuaded us).
• Teacake bags!
